1. Will someone be on-site during the event?
Yes! Jherica will personally be there on the day of the event to make sure everything goes seamlessly and perfectly. You don’t even have to think of anything – she will be one step ahead.

4. What locations do you service?
Events by Averi is available in New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey. We are also open to locations not listed.
5. What is the difference between event planning and event styling?
Event planning coordinates the logistical elements of an event as well as budget management. Whereas event styling pertains to creating your event based on themes, style, look, and feel.
6. How early do we need to start planning an event?
While this is definitely dependent on the size and nature of the event, we would always advise to plan as early as possible to give ample time to conceptualize, coordinate and negotiate with vendors, and make sure that everything is in place for your event.
7. What is your refund and cancellation policy?
We require a 50% down payment for the planner’s fees. If you decide to cancel the event, this down payment is non-refundable. As for our partner vendors, they will have their own refund and cancellation policies – we will ensure that you are made aware of theirs.
8. Do you offer consultations?
